We need a clear photo of a valid photo ID so that we can confirm your identity. This is important, as it prevents people from trying to impersonate you or your business.
We’ll always ask for a photo of your ID when you sign up for an account.
In some cases, we may ask you to retake or resubmit your ID document because the one you initially provided is damaged, expired or if the photo is not clear.
We accept the following forms of ID;
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- European ID Cards
To help us get your application processed as soon as possible please make sure that;
- The photo is taken in a well lit area
- That the information on the document is clear
- That you’ve taken the photo from directly above your ID to avoid glare
- That the photo shows all 4 corners of the ID as we can't process cropped images
- That the photo is taken of the original document as we do not accept photos of IDs taken from another screen
