We need a clear photo of you so that we can confirm your identity. This is important, as it prevents people from trying to impersonate you or your business.
We’ll always ask for a selfie when you sign up for an account.
In some cases, we may ask you to retake or resubmit your selfie if the photo is not clear.
Please treat your selfie like a passport photo, and do the following for the best results;
- Remove any hats or glasses
- Make sure the photo is in focus
- Take the photo in a well-lit area
- Make sure we can see your entire face
- Do not take a photo of another photo, or your favourite profile picture from another screen; we can't accept copies
There's no judgement here, so please don't worry if you think this won't be your best ever picture.
