Freezing your card means that it will temporarily stop working and will not be accepted at an ATM or card terminal. You will still be able to make bank transfers using the Countingup app.
If you think that your card might be lost or stolen, you should immediately freeze it to prevent anyone else from using it.
You can unfreeze the card at any time and it will continue to work as normal.
To freeze/unfreeze your card:
- Open the Countingup app
- Go to the 'Card' tab
- Tap the 'Freeze' button or 'Unfreeze' button to change
