Please note that freezing your card means that it will temporarily stop working and will not be accepted at an ATM or card terminal. You will still be able to make transfers using the Countingup app, and you can unfreeze your card at any time and it will continue to work as normal.
If you think that your card might be lost or stolen, you should immediately freeze it to prevent anyone else from using it.
To freeze or unfreeze your card:
1. Open the Countingup app
2. Go to the ‘Balance’ tab
3. Tap the 'Card' button at the top of the screen
4. Tap the 'Freeze' button to freeze your card
5. Tap the 'Defrost' button to unfreeze your card
