Immediately freeze your card if you have not already done so. This will prevent the card from being used and protect your funds.
Send us a secure message via your app (make sure you’re on the latest app version). and let us know which, if any, transactions were not made by you. We will discuss the next actions with you directly.
To cancel your card and get a new one issued follow these steps:
- Open the Countingup app
- Tap the 'Balance' tab
- Tap the 'Card' button at the top of the screen
- Tap 'Cancel'
- Tap 'Stolen' when prompted for the reason
- Tap 'Cancel & replace' to get a new card sent to you
