Immediately freeze your card if you have not already done so. This will prevent the card from being used and protect your funds.
Email our customer support team at email@example.com and let us know which, if any, transactions were not made by you. We will discuss next actions with you directly.
You should cancel your card and get a new one issued. Follow these steps to do so:
- Open the Countingup app
- Go to the 'Card' tab
- Tap 'Cancel'
- Tap 'Stolen' when prompted for the reason
- Tap 'Cancel & replace'
