If your card is damaged or broken and no longer working, you can get a new card issued to you quickly by following these steps:
- Open the Countingup app
- Go to the 'Balance' tab
- Tap the 'Card' button at the top of the screen
- Tap 'Cancel'
- Tap 'Damaged' when prompted for the reason
- Tap 'Cancel & reissue' to get a new card sent to you
