How do I view and download my statements?

Follow these steps to download a statement:

1. Make sure you're using the latest version of the Countingup app 📱 (check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
2. Open the app and tap the icon in the top-left corner - it looks a bit like this 👤
3. Tap ‘Statement’ 📊 – you'll find it just under your business name on the right-hand side
4. From there, you can:

• View or export a monthly statement by tapping the share icon next to the month you want
• Or, go to the ‘Custom’ tab to set a statement period of up to 12 months ⏳

👉 Note: You can download multiple 12-month periods (e.g. 21/02/2022 – 20/02/2023, then 21/02/2023 – 20/02/2024).

The only limit is that each download can be for a maximum of 12 months at a time 📆 ✅
