How do I change my phone number?

If you want to change your phone number, you can do so in the Countingup app by following these steps:

1. Open the Countingup app
2. Tap the 'Explore' tab on the bottom of the screen
3. Under 'Your account', Tap 'Your personal details'
4. Tap 'Change mobile'*
5. Enter the new mobile number you wish to change to
6. Enter the security code sent to you by SMS

*Please note that once you have changed your mobile number, payments out will be disabled for 24 hours for security reasons.
