If you have requested an SMS OTP (one-time-passcode) to set up a new payee and it hasn't arrived, firstly please check your phone has good mobile signal and can currently receive calls and texts. If so, follow the below steps in order to restart the process:
- Enter any code into the field
- Tap 'Submit'
- Repeat this process 5 times
This will put you back at the 'Add recipient' screen and you can begin the process over. Please ensure you have good mobile signal before restarting the process.
