If you think there has been an unauthorised card payment made from your account, you should immediately freeze your card to prevent anyone from using it.
Send email@example.com an email with the subject “Unauthorised Card Payment” letting us know the following details:
- Exactly which transaction was unauthorised (include date, amount and name of merchant)
- Whether you have your card and if it is currently frozen or not
