If you wish to dispute a card transaction debited from your account please send support@countingup.com an email with the subject “Dispute Card Payment” letting us know the following details:
- Exactly which transaction you wish to dispute (include the date, amount and name of the merchant)
- Whether you have your card and if it is currently frozen or not
- The reason you wish to raise a dispute
- Whether you have contacted the merchant (include date, method of contact, and copies of correspondence)
