If you have received a letter/card sent by post from Countingup in your name and/or address and you did not apply for an account please send support@countingup.com an email with the subject “Impersonation” letting us know the following details:
- The name of the individual/business
- The address
- What details have been used (address only, name only, both, other information)
We will investigate whether we hold the details on our records and take the relevant action (including cancelling applications/cards and/or closing any open accounts)
Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss the application/account and what steps we have taken but we take these reports very seriously and will ensure the appropriate measures are taken
