These alerts help you stay on top of your cash flow and provide an extra layer of security by notifying you of every transaction as it happens. You can customise which alerts you receive within the app settings to ensure you only see the information most relevant to your daily business operations.
How to enable notifications in the app
While you are usually asked to enable notifications during your initial sign-up, you can update your preferences at any time by following these steps:
Open the app and tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen.
Select Preferences.
Tap Push notifications.
Use the toggle to switch on Allow notifications.
From this screen, you can also choose exactly which types of alerts you want to receive, such as payment confirmations, invoice updates, or security alerts. 📱
If you are still not receiving alerts
If notifications are switched on in the app but you still aren't seeing them, you may need to check your phone's system settings. Sometimes, your mobile operating system (iOS or Android) can block notifications at a higher level:
iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications, find the app in the list, and ensure Allow Notifications is switched on.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, and check that notifications are set to Allowed.
