These reminders automatically update your Profit & Loss and Tax Estimate reports, ensuring your accounts stay accurate in real-time without any extra admin.
Setting up a payment reminder
To get started, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. You can check for updates in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app Tap the Pay tab and select Set payment reminder. 📱
Enter the details Input the payment information. You can also update the Category if a different label fits your business better.
Turn on notifications If you don't have notifications enabled, tap Allow when prompted. We’ll send you a reminder the day before the payment is due. 🔔
Stay organised Once saved, your reminder will feed into your accounting reports right there in the app. 🙂
Preparing your payment
You can also add the recipient's payment details ahead of time. This way, everything is ready for you to send a Faster Payment as soon as the reminder pops up.
