If you need help with your business loan or your in-progress application, you'll need to contact our lending partner, iwoca, directly.
You can securely access their support team and your loan dashboard right from the app. Just make sure you're using the latest version first.
If your application is in progress ⏳
If you've started an application but haven't finished it, here's how to contact iwoca's support team:
Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of your home screen.
Select Business loan.
Tap Get help in the top right corner to see iwoca's contact options.
If you already have an iwoca loan ✅
Once your loan is active, you'll have your own dedicated account manager at iwoca. The best way to reach them is through your iwoca dashboard.
To access your dashboard from the app:
Tap the profile icon on your home screen.
Select Business loan.
Tap Go to iwoca. This will securely log you into your iwoca account where you can manage your loan and get help.
