You can easily schedule regular payments, such as rent or subscriptions, by setting up a standing order. This helps you stay on top of your business expenses without having to remember to pay manually every time. ⏰
Before you begin, make sure you're using the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Setting up your regular payment
Setting up a standing order takes just a few moments within the app:
Open the app: Go to the Pay tab on the bottom navigation bar. 📱
Start the payment: Tap Make a payment. 💸
Choose who to pay: Select a saved contact or tap Add payee to set up a new person or business. 👤
Schedule the details: Enter the amount you wish to send and tap Schedule this payment.
Set the frequency: Choose a start date and select how often you want the payment to repeat. You can set your standing order to go out weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. ✅
Once you’ve saved the details, your payment will be sent automatically on your chosen dates. You can view or manage your scheduled payments at any time within the Pay tab.
