If you no longer need a regular payment to go out, you can cancel a standing order directly in the app. Once you've cancelled it, no further payments will be sent to that recipient unless you choose to set it up again. 🚫
To cancel a standing order, follow these steps:
Open the app: Go to the Pay tab on the bottom navigation bar. ⬆️
Find your scheduled payments: Tap Scheduled to see a list of all your upcoming regular payments.
Select the payment: Tap the specific standing order you wish to stop.
Confirm the cancellation: Review the details to ensure you’ve selected the right one, then tap Cancel payment. ✅
It’s always a good idea to let the person or business you’re paying know that you’ve cancelled the standing order to avoid any missed payment issues or late fees.
