Check the 24-hour window: Dojo typically processes the reimbursement within 24 hours of your account being successfully set up. If your account only went live today, the payment may still be in progress. You can check your transaction history in the app or keep an eye out for a push notification once the funds land.
Confirm you used the correct link: To qualify for this exclusive offer, you must have signed up using the specific link found in the Get paid tab of the app. If you signed up directly on the Dojo website or through a different promotion, the automatic reimbursement will not be triggered.
Verify your account status: The 24-hour countdown only starts once your Dojo account is officially "Live." This means your identity must be verified and your contract finalised. If you are still waiting for these steps to be completed by the Dojo team, your reimbursement will be processed shortly after you go live. ⏳
