Protect your account
If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be from our team asking you to share a code, approve a login request, or move your money:
Hang up immediately: Do not provide any personal information or codes over the phone.
Report the call: Message us directly through the Help section in the app to report the incident.
Stay in-app: Official requests regarding your account security will only ever be sent via secure in-app notifications or official emails.
Note: Scammers can sometimes "spoof" phone numbers to make them look like they are calling from a trusted source. Always trust the app over a phone call.
