How to view your Direct Debits
To see a full list of your current Direct Debit agreements, follow these simple steps:
Open the app and tap the Pay icon on the bottom navigation bar
Select Direct Debits to see your active payments
How to cancel a Direct Debit
If you want to stop a Direct Debit payment, you can do so quickly within the app.
Find the Direct Debit you wish to stop in your list
Swipe left on the entry you want to cancel
Tap Cancel
Tap Yes to confirm the cancellation
Note: Cancelling a Direct Debit in the app stops the payment from being sent, but it doesn't end your contract with the company. It's important to contact the merchant directly to let them know you've cancelled the agreement. This ensures they don't try to take the payment again or charge you a late fee. 💬
