You can manage all your active Direct Debits directly through the app. This allows you to stay on top of your regular business payments and cancel any agreements you no longer need. ⬆️
Before you begin, make sure you're using the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If you need to set up a Direct Debit, you'll need to contact the merchant for them to set it up on your behalf.
How to view your Direct Debits
To see a full list of your current Direct Debit agreements, follow these simple steps:
Open the app and tap the Pay icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Select Direct Debits to see your active payments. 👀
How to cancel a Direct Debit
If you want to stop a Direct Debit payment, you can do so quickly within the app. ❌
Find the Direct Debit you wish to stop in your list.
Swipe left on the entry you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel.
Tap Yes to confirm the cancellation.
Note: Cancelling a Direct Debit in the app stops the payment from being sent, but it doesn't end your contract with the company. It's important to contact the merchant directly to let them know you've cancelled the agreement. This ensures they don't try to take the payment again or charge you a late fee. 💬
