If your VAT registration has changed, you can update your VAT status in the app in just a few taps. Keeping your status accurate ensures your financial tracking and reporting remain completely correct.
Depending on whether you have newly registered or recently deregistered, follow the steps below to update your account.
⚠️ Important: The app currently supports the standard VAT accounting scheme only.
How to update your status if you have registered for VAT
If you have recently registered for VAT, you can turn on the tracking features immediately within your settings.
Open the app and go to the Home tab.
Tap the Profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap Business details.
Tap VAT.
Tap My business is VAT registered and follow the prompts.
How to update your status if you have deregistered for VAT
If you have deregistered for VAT, you will need to get in touch with our Support team so we can update this behind the scenes for you.
Open the app and tap the Help icon (the speech bubble) in the top right corner.
Send a message letting us know you have deregistered for VAT.
Once you get in touch, we will update your status and safely remove the VAT features you no longer need from your account.
