You can check your current tax position and see what you owe or are due back directly in the app. Before you can do this, you will need to set up your VAT periods or connect your account to HMRC. If you have not configured this yet, take a look at our quick guide on how to set up VAT features in the app.
Once your VAT settings are ready, you can view your live balance in just a few taps:
Open the app and go to the Tax tab.
Select VAT to view your open and historic VAT returns.
From this screen, you will be able to see a breakdown of your figures, including any upcoming payment deadlines or tax reclaims.
