We'll ask you to share the date, amount, and name of the person you paid. We'll also need you to tell us why you think it's a scam and include any messages or emails with the fraudster.

If you get a phone call from anyone claiming to be from our team, hang up immediately. We only ever communicate with you securely through the app, so any unexpected call is always a fake. Don't give them the chance to convince you otherwise.
