If you aren't sure exactly how your name appears on your account, you can find it in the app:
Tap the Profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Select Personal details.
Your account name is the first name that appears on this screen.
Note for Sole Traders: Your account name will be your first and last name.
Note for Limited Companies: Your account name will be the name registered at Companies House.
