Monthly statements provide a clear record of your business income and expenditure, which is essential for accurate bookkeeping and tax returns. You can view, export, or print your statements directly from the app at any time. Whether you need a single month or a custom period for your accountant, the app allows you to generate professional PDF or CSV files in just a few taps, ensuring you always stay on top of your financial records.
How to download a statement
To ensure the best experience, please check that you are using the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and tap the three dots (...) located in the top banner, just below your account balance.
Tap Get Statement.
To view a specific month, stay on the Monthly tab and tap the Share icon next to the month you require.
To select a specific date range, tap the Custom tab.
Downloading custom periods
You can generate a custom statement for any period up to a maximum of 12 months at a time. If you need to download records for a longer duration, for example, a full two-year period, you can do this by downloading multiple 12-month blocks.
Simply set your first range (e.g., 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024), download the file, and then repeat the process for the next year. This allows you to provide your accountant with exactly the data they need for your annual returns. 📊
Sharing your statements
Once you tap the share icon, you can choose to save the statement to your phone, send it via email, or upload it directly to your cloud storage. This makes it easy to move your financial data into your preferred accounting software or share it with a business partner. 📂
