Upgrading your Countingup account
You might have seen some updates about our new partnership with Griffin, allowing Countingup customers to open business bank accounts with the built-in accounting and tax services we're known and loved for.
With lots of brand new features at no extra cost, this partnership is strengthening our all-in-one proposition for UK small businesses.
If your sort code is 04-36-15, your account is already provided by Griffin and you don’t need to do anything further.
If your sort code is 23-69-72, your account is currently provided by Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) and over the coming months, we’ll be closing your existing EPS account and moving you to a new business bank account powered by Griffin.
We’ll be in touch via email to let you know the date that your new account will be ready.
⚠️ Please remember that we will never call you and ask you to transfer any funds or your entire balance to any account. We’ll handle the opening of your new account behind the scenes and transfer your balance on the agreed date.
If anyone calls saying they are from Countingup, and asks you to transfer any money, hang up immediately.
