Adding a payee to your business account makes it much faster to settle bills and pay suppliers. You can easily manage your list of saved contacts directly through the app. Whether you’re setting up a regular payment or tidying up old details, these steps will guide you through the process. To get started, ensure you're using the latest version of the app from your device's app store.
Adding a new payee
Setting up a new contact takes just a moment and allows you to send money securely. ➕
Open the app Head to the Pay tab and tap Make a payment.
Add the details Tap Add payee and fill in the required information.
Save and verify Tap Save. We’ll send an SMS code to your registered mobile number to confirm the new payee. Simply enter the code to finish. ✅
Removing a payee
If you no longer need to pay a specific person or business, you can remove them to keep your contact list tidy. 🗑️
Find your contacts Open the app and go to the Accounting tab.
Select the payee Tap Contacts and choose the person or business you want to update.
Delete the details Tap Delete next to the payee details you want to remove.
Note: If you delete a payee, any scheduled payments set up for them will be automatically cancelled. Please double-check your upcoming payments before removing a contact. ⚠️
