Your business account uses a tiered subscription model based on your monthly deposits, ensuring you only pay for the level of activity your business requires. New accounts typically benefit from a three-month trial period to help you get started. Following this trial, your monthly fee automatically adjusts up or down based on the total funds you receive each month. Any additional transaction charges are deducted directly from your available balance.
Monthly subscription tiers
After your three-month trial ends, your monthly fee is calculated based on the total amount of money deposited into your account during that period.
| Total Monthly Deposits | Monthly Fee |
|---|---|
| £0 – £750 | £3 |
| £750.01 – £7,500 | £9 |
| £7,500.01 + | £18 |
Because the fee is flexible, it scales with your business. For example, if you deposit £800 one month, you will be charged £9. If your deposits drop to £50 the following month, your fee will automatically decrease to £3. 📉
Transaction fees
Some specific actions are not included in your monthly subscription. These individual charges are deducted from your account as they occur:
Account transfers: 30p per transfer (in or out)
Direct Debits: 30p per payment
ATM withdrawals: £1 per withdrawal
Foreign transactions: 3% of the transaction value
Post Office cash loads: 3% of the amount deposited
Replacement cards: £5 per card
How fees are paid
All fees and charges are automatically deducted from your business account. If your balance is not high enough to cover a fee at the time it is due, the amount will be taken automatically as soon as funds become available.
We are committed to transparency regarding your costs. If we propose any changes to our pricing structure, we will always provide you with at least two months' notice via email so you can plan accordingly.
