Your business card is typically posted the next business day after your account is opened. It is sent via standard mail to the home address you provided during your application. Most cards arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Having your card allows you to make in-person purchases and withdraw cash, so knowing when it will land helps you plan your business spending from day one.
Posting schedule
We dispatch cards as quickly as possible once your account is verified:
If your account is opened between Monday and Thursday, your card will be posted the following morning.
If your account is opened over the weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), your card will be posted on Monday morning.
Please account for bank holidays, as these may delay the postage of your card by one business day. 📮
What to do if your card is late
While most cards arrive within a few days, mail delays can occasionally happen. If it has been more than 7 days since your account was opened and you still haven't received your card, please get in touch with us.
You can send a secure message through the app by navigating to the Help section. Before contacting us, please ensure you are on the latest version of the app to help us process your request quickly. Our team can then verify your address and arrange for a replacement if your original card has gone missing in the post.
