Once your physical business card arrives in the post, you must activate it within the app before it can be used for payments or ATM withdrawals. This step ensures that your card has reached you safely and is ready for secure business spending. For security reasons, we recommend activating your card as soon as it arrives to get your account fully operational.
Automatic activation prompt
If your account has been open for more than 24 hours, the app will typically display a prompt to activate your card as soon as you log in. If you see this message, you can simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process in a few seconds.
How to activate your card manually
If you do not see an automatic prompt, you can activate your card at any time by following these steps:
Open the app and navigate to the Home tab.
Tap the Card icon found in the top banner, located just below your account balance.
Tap Activate my card.
Follow the prompts to enter the required card details.
Once activated, your card is ready for immediate use. You can also view your PIN securely within this same section of the app if you need a reminder before making your first Chip and PIN purchase. 💳
