For your security, your PIN is never sent through the post. Instead, you can view it instantly and securely within the app whenever you need a reminder. This ensures you can access your PIN at a checkout or cash machine without having to wait for a letter. To protect your funds, your PIN is only displayed for a few seconds and requires you to verify your card details first.
Steps to view your PIN
You can access your PIN securely by following these steps:
Open the app and go to the Home tab.
Tap the Card icon in the top banner, located just below your balance.
Tap View PIN.
Enter the 3-digit CVV code found on the back of your business card.
Once you have entered the CVV, your PIN will be displayed on the screen for a short time. For your safety, please ensure that no one is looking over your shoulder when you reveal these digits. 🔐
Using your PIN for the first time
If you have a new card, your first transaction must be a "Chip and PIN" purchase at a physical terminal or a cash withdrawal at an ATM. This "wakes up" the chip on your card and activates the contactless feature for future use.
