You can change your PIN at most ATMs throughout the UK rather than doing it within the app. This service is free of charge and allows you to select a four-digit code that is easier for you to remember. While the app allows you to view your current PIN at any time, you must visit a physical cash machine to update it for security reasons.
How to update your PIN at an ATM
To change your code, simply find a cash machine that offers "PIN services" and follow these steps:
Insert your business card and enter your current PIN.
Select the option for PIN Services or Change PIN on the screen.
Enter your new four-digit PIN.
Re-enter the new PIN to confirm the change.
Once the process is complete, your new PIN is active immediately. It is important to note that you cannot change your PIN within the app settings. However, if you ever forget your new code, you can always use the View PIN feature in the Card section of the app to see it securely. 🏧
