To be eligible for the upgraded account, you must have confirmed your tax residency details, maintain an account in good standing, and meet at least one of the following criteria close to your switch date:
Hold an account balance above £0, or
Hold a £0 balance, but have completed an outgoing payment (card payment or Faster Payment) in the last 2 months.
What does 'account in good standing' mean? Your account must be active, fully verified, and free from active security restrictions, holds, or unauthorised negative balances.
