Thinking about making it official? You can register your UK limited company and open your business account at the same time. It’s a one-stop shop to get you trading as a limited entity in minutes. ✅
What you’ll need to get started
Before you dive in, make sure you have the following ready:
A unique company name: Use the search tool in the app to make sure your name isn't already taken.
A business address: This is your registered office where official mail from Companies House and HMRC will go. You can use your home address or a virtual office.
Personal details: We’ll need your home address, date of birth, and nationality.
A valid photo ID: Have your passport, UK driving licence, or European ID card handy.
Your smartphone: You’ll need the app installed on an iOS or Android device.
Is it right for you?
The streamlined registration process makes setting up a new limited company simple. To use this service, your new company must:
Be limited by shares.
Have one owner (you must be the sole Director and Shareholder, though you can add more people later via Companies House).
Be UK-based.
Have a director who is at least 18 years old and a UK resident.
How much does it cost?
We charge a £100 deposit (including VAT) to cover the Companies House registration fee. 💳
Note: We’ll reimburse that £100 straight back into your account if you spend £100 on your new card within the first 30 days. This essentially makes your company registration free.
