The short answer? Yes! When you open a Countingup business current account, we’ll cover the cost of your company registration with Companies House.
How it works
To get the ball rolling, we ask for a £100 deposit (including VAT) when you submit your application. This covers the fee Companies House charges to register your business.
We’ll then reimburse that full £100 back into your Countingup account if you:
Spend £100 on your new Countingup Mastercard.
Do this within 30 days of your account being opened.
Keep your account in good standing.
Why do we do this?
We want to give your new business the best possible start. By meeting the spend criteria, your company registration effectively costs you £0, saving you the £100 you’d normally pay to register with Companies House directly.
Note: If you don't spend £100 on your card within the first 30 days, we won't be able to refund the deposit.
