🚩 What can cause a delay?
Companies House is a busy place, and certain things can slow down their review process:
Weekends & Bank Holidays: They don't process applications on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.
Friday Submissions: If you submit late on a Friday, it’s unlikely to be seen until the following Monday.
System Maintenance: Occasional downtime at Companies House can pause all registrations temporarily.
